How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

What is your return policy for dinnerware?

We offer a 90-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Is Pfaltzgraff dinnerware dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with metallic accents or hand-painted details may require hand washing.

What should I do if my items arrive damaged?

If your order arrives with broken or damaged pieces, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and select U.S. territories. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.

How can I check if a pattern has been discontinued?

You can search for your pattern name on our website. If it is no longer listed, it may be discontinued, and we recommend checking our 'Replacements' section for remaining stock.
